I have an Samsung Instinct with bell,but can i unlock it?so ill go with telus?

If you need the USB drivers for the instinct, do a google search for the following filename:

Samsung Mobile USB Driver 4.40.7.0 v1.6

It took me 2 days to find this, but I finally did.
