finally had it with bell, their service and their lack of updates for the instinct. i cancelled my contract , bought the iphone and ive never been happier after using the instinct for 4 months and using the iphone, its like night n day, doesnt even compare, instinct sucks, bell sucks too, i tried  with this phone but i couldnt do it anymore, honestly i was skepticall at first with the iphone 3g but honestly its like another world. i jailbroke it, good luck to u guys hope u guys get ure updates!!

Did you sell your instinct to cover for the cancellation fee ? Did they offer you anything not to quit ? Did you have any problem leaving ? I am about doing exactly the same thing this week.

not really sure what im doin with the instinct the phone is such a dissapointment, i payed like 350 to get out of my contract , i dont care thought i hate bell, im so much happier with rogers n the iphone

Weird, they told me it would be 250$ to cancel my contract... I guess each province got their laws !

They base it off of the amount of time you have left in your contract.
