Allowing applications to access to network

hi guys, i just tried everything mentioned here(changing everything to allow) But now, GMaps opens, and instead of the popups i get this message "This application cannot be useduntil you grant it permission to send and receive data over the network"  I bought my phone from at&t rolling phones, so its bell canada.  any ideas?

Hi guys, I know this post has been dead for awhile, but I can't seem to get bitpim to recognize my instinct. it keeps saying "other cdma device on com3" and then I can't access anything. anybody know what to do?

Alright, so I was able to get it connected, and found the _policy.txt I changed everything the way it was described in the post, so now it looks like:

but it still is asking me over and over for permission. did I do something wrong?

So then, is there no way to disable those anymore because of the new firmware?

That's unfortunate. and no, the "allways allow" option for some reason was disabled with bell. it only shows up on a sprint instinct. Thanks for all the help though anyways dale.
