hello all. I am new to this site and am a little confused. I have an instinct as well, and have been dealing with this same issue for a long time. Bell has always been NO help what so ever. Always saying they can do nothing to resolve it, or that there is really no problem. At the same time Sprint has now released a new firmwear for their customers. Their browser is now almost fully enabled, faster and can download things such as google maps. If there is no problem then why did Sprint recognize it, and then fix it. If the new software is already out there and being used by Sprint, why cant Bell now distribute it to us. Can anybody please update me on this, or tell me what is now going on. It does not seem to make any sense. Can we maybe get this off Sprint somehow. Is there anything we can do. Any updates?

For a better browser, got get Opera Mini through the crappy built in browser. Its free and kicks the *&^% out of the built in one.

As for google maps, Im using it presently on my Instinct. It works fine.

Do a few searches in Google, and check out rumkin.com and of course , this amazing forum Smiley
