Hi there all
First I hope I am posting this in the right place.
I had some serious issues with Bell, and their answer was you are the first person to complain about these problems...especially the soft resets. They took my word for it after I returned the third phone and sat there in the store and made phone after phone reset. They finally found a phone that was "a new shipment recieved from Samsung"...though I have been having a couple of minor issues, the phone hasn't reset on me in two days...which is 47 hours longer than my previous phones.
I called bell after every reset...I made them frustrated with me everytime it happened...as well, I called the 800 number for Samsung Canada and let them know at the same time.
Just keep on them...they now seem happy that I haven't called in 48 hours.

Haha I am sure they are happy to not hear from you. Thanks for keeping on them. The fact is that your OS is still the same as all of ours and I am sure in due time it will start to soft restart again. I had the same issue and after a couple new ones had one that did not for 3-4 days and then it STARTS AGAIN! lol.

wow! This tells me that Bell has not submitted any tickets to them to fix. It's Bell's job to build a list of known issues with the phone and them submit this to Samsung to fix. This just shows that they are dropping the ball BIG time on this. I am going to build a later today and will need you to sign and forward to other users if possible. Thanks for the update nossifer!

Please include the Java LCDUI issue near or at the top of your list. In my opinion it is the most important fix of all since it would allow us to install custom apps (such as Opera mini) instead of using buggy built in apps (such as the browser).

Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau might be the way to go! Everyone, fill this out. It goes directly to Bell Mobility for review and they will follow up by phone (hopefully; Microsoft has in the past). https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx

Filled out a BBB complaint. I don't like being a complainer but i think it's warranted in this case.
