Can anyone tell me how to play full screen videos on the phone. Everytime i play a video on the tv or video camera, it turns out to be a half screen. Can someone post a link to tell me what to do or maybe they have not come out with an upgrade yet.

I would like to know this same thing. Kinda frustrating when there's plenty of screen left not being used. Can anyone help us? It would be appreciated.

LOL, nevermind. I figured it out. I set the wrong ratio.  All better now.

Do you mind sharing the ratio here so others won't run into the same problem?  Thanks in advance.

Well, i used a program called Pazera Free Video to 3GP Converter. (FREE on download.com)  Here was my process.

First i started out with my Avi file of the movie i wanted. If you want to do a movie from your dvd collection, there will be another program for that.

In the Pazera program, click on add files. And choose whatever movie on your hard drive you wanna use.

Choose your output directory. (I made a seperate folder just for Instinct movies).

In the Output file format section, these were my settings.
      Output format: 3GP
      Video codec: MPEG-4 avc
      Bitrate:  200kbit
      FPS: 12.5
Click 2 pass encoding (you can do single if you like. just my preference)

In the Audio settings section,
      Audio codec: AAC
      Bitrate: 32
      Sampling Freq: 8000 hz
      Channels: 2 stereo

In the Advanced settings,
      Resolution: choose custom
      Use 432 X 230

Once you have all that set up, just click the convert button at the top and sit back and wait for your new movie.  The video and audio are in perfect sync and the picture looks great.  Hope you enjoy!!!

Thanks!  That's what I wanted to know.  I use QuickTime Pro to convert movies.  I've experimented with 3GP but found that mp4 gives me a better image in the end.

Does orb work with Macs?  Last I looked at it, it was only Windows.

How do you get the video onto the phone, though?

Connect your phone to your Mac via USB or use a card reader to upload your video.  Both ways work well.

Thank you. I should have been more specific, though; which folder should I put the file in? Thanks!
