iCal and Google Calendar on the Instinct

I use Calgoo Connect to sync iCal <-> gCal

Here is my setup:
1. use iCal to sync my Entourage calendar into iCal. 
2. I use Calgoo Connect to sync iCal with gCal. 

my entire calendar lives within iCal, with 2 inputs feeding it:
 - events created in Entourage are primarily work-related
 - events created in gCal are primarilyi my personal events

Calgoo Connect opens upon startup and remains open while I use my MacBook.
