I'm a Canadian user... I'm gonna give this a stab—I work in a media-type office... so bluetoothing music REALLY sucks...

Cheers! I may give this a shot.

As a random aside, anyone notice how you can't delete music through conventional file deletion off the card... I guess, although the phone can read a wide variety of formats, the Bell media player (I'm a Bell user in Canada) must import using a different format... grrr...

Anyone have any idea if this should work for the Samsung Memoir? My Macbook is not reading the phone, even though the phone says it's connected. I tried your trick but it's not doing much. I googled my problem, and can't find ANYTHING. Any suggestions? Also, my macbook doesn't have a card slot. So frustrating!

you shouldent have to do all of that. you should be able to plug it into the computer and have to icon for it show right up on the desktop.

I don't know how to fix that but I'm wondering if any of you have brought your phone in to be looked at. I think its something wrong with the phone not the computer or the connection. Leaving yoru battery out for a minut is silly and time consuming, and a pain in the butt.

also when my speakers didn't showup on my MacBook I was able to go into the sound option and select the USB external speakers from there. have any you looked into the system prefrences and such to see if you computer can conduct a USB surch? I'm pretty sure theres a way.
