And i really like it! I have had the cling that came with the instinct on it since i bought it which was on June 19th and now its so much easier to scroll and see the screen lol. Not too mention that the screen feels safer. I will say that i have only put on the screen cover for now (i bought the full body) as i dont see the need for the rest but i might change my mind. Just thought i would share my experience and if you want you can move this to the accessory section.

So yeah good luck to the others who have ordered this.

LOL.  I thought I was the only who left the "cling" Welcome plastic on the screen until I finally decided I was going to keep the Instinct and until I found the time to put the invisibleShield on.   I bought my Instinct on the 19th also and just took the cover off July 13th.

I only purchased the screen cover as I didn't see the need for the other pieces.

I ordered mine last week. I just ordered the front screen protector. I don't see a point for the full body either. I have a crappy screen protector right now, and it's covered in the silicon glove, and I also put it in a leather hip case. It's pretty well protected for now. haha

How does the full body Shield fit on your phone?  I give it a 9 for ease of mind but a 6 on fit.  It fits okay over the battery cover but it's not wide enough for the sides leaving them 1/16  to close to an 1/8 inch exposed.  Not really a big deal but had I stuck on the IS how it was supposed to go then that would have left the polished, plastic bezel exposed.  I instead placed the side protection so that it would wrap around the top.  The IS covers most of the phone except for the parts that will probably receive most of the wear:  the corners.  Unfortunately, the material isn't flexible enough to wrap over the rounded corners so that's why they are cut out.  What I should of done was place the side shields correctly and then used the excess material that comes along from the square sheet cut out to cover the bezel.  There are strips long enough.  If you do put the cover over the top, then be aware that you might feel the shield's edge.  You will not if it extends close enough to the screen but it might develop a real fine line of lint.  It won't be bad but some persnickety folks may not like it.  Something else to note is the IS changes the color of the black.  I like the matte black of the phone but the IS gives it a polished, black plastic look.  It makes it look like an iClone Tongue Smiley

The Invisible Shield is pretty good.  It's not a hard plastic that will scratch but a soft vinyl/rubber that that will give instead of taking a gouge.  It may also be self healing.  It will get an indentation but the material will hardly scratch and might even expand in time.  I would rate it up there with the Galactic Prophylactic.

My salesman decided to take mine off before I even got to hold my phone the first time!  Angry  He wanted to throw it away so I had to smack his hand.

Dang, got my invisible shield but no Instinct...how about that one?  Still waiting for shipment.

Se7en: I figure covering the back is a good idea to keep the phone looking new, plus like you said it gives it the shiny look which should be cool.  Before I cover the back, any second thoughts?

I got the full body but only put the screen on. Maybe someday I'll put the rest on, but who knows.

@ imromo24

Don't be too afraid of using too much liquid solution.  Of course, don't let it get into the phone.  The instructions say to go ahead and refill the spray bottle with water because there will still be some residue left incase you run out.  I refilled half way through.  Some competing company mentioned here on this forum that only has the front cover does not give you a liquid solution.  I *think* they say to use water with a drop of dishwashing soap.

Turn it off so you won't be interrupted.

Punch out the holes for the microphone, earpiece and camera before removing the back sticker or applying those pieces.

It's not difficult to figure out but know where the shields go before you remove the back sticker.  The less fiddling with the phone, the better.

Let the shields set for an hour or so before using and preferably overnight before putting it in a tight rear pocket or similar.

It's up to you where you want to put the side shields:  where they're supposed to go or towards the front to cover the bezel.  If you do try to cover the bezel with the excess pieces, make sure you can cut them cleanly and straight.  I haven't tried it myself.  I don't like the gaps I made.  If I make up my mind to say "it's okay, it's only a tool" and just relax about the phone, I just might even remove the rear covers.... maybe, but they're already paid for and on the phone.  My Sanyo 4920 looked like it had battle scars after four years of use but the screen was in pristine condition because I kept that protected.

does the IS remove easy?<br>
and when it covers the back, you can still get the back off right (to change batteries)?

It's easy to adjust if there is fluid between the protector and the phone.  It slides around.  But once the fluid begins to squeese out, it begins to set a little.  Just pull back and wet again if necessary.  The less you fuss with it, the better though.  Decreases the chances of dust, fingerprints or whatever.  Look at the video "invisibleSHIELD removal from iPod by techpaedia" http://www.zagg.com/community/uservideos.php  to see it removed after it finally sets and fully healed.  There are six pieces for the Instinct and yes, you can remove the battery cover as there is one whold piece for that alone (minus the camera and Samsung name holes.)

I put my Invisible Shield on tonight.  It was easy.  I only put on the screen and back cover parts.  I didn't want to mess with the sides.

Okay so I'm about to buy the Invisible Shield; however, I just want to absolutely make sure that it doesn't affect the touch screen.  The guy at the Sprint store told me it would and not to put it on, but I have a feeling he didn't know what he was talking about.
