My Instinct works great, except for the TV. When I try to access, it says "mobile guide unavailable right now. Please try again later." Customer Service downloaded a link http://sprint.vend.mobitv.com/download/SprintTVVGACab_1.6.4.74603_11_19_2008.CAB

when I browse to this, I get a message on the browser screen that says "Requested Page Can Not Be Displayed."

SO, I forwarded the link to my email, opened it from my laptop and saved it to the phone via USB....NOW, how do I access the CAB file that is now on the phone and try to fix this damn thing? Angry

WTH? Can anyone help?

this is not the Sprint Tv app for the Instinct. this one is for WinMobile only.  the one you need is the Sprint TV .jar that can be found in this thread  http://www.instinct-samsung.com/index.php?topic=9489.0  if you got this link from customer service....he/she was an idiot    lol

So, the Sprint tech just sent me a NEW link;  http://pxme.us

This resulted in my browser opening up and displaying..."POCKET EXPRESS Wireless Download.  Sorry, but your Browser/Bot is not compatible with this download."

  WTF!!!!!

actually, you will have to send it to your Instinct OTA by using   http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/index.php    where it says upload games, applications, and midlets....browse to your jar file then enter your phone # and send. you will recieve it as a text message then download

This is what i love about this forum..earlier i had a problem with my pocket express not opening if i had called sprint it would have taken 2+ hours out of my life, but instead i search on here and find the fix in less than 5 min. Instint-Samsung is the shiznit. Glad you were able to find what you were looking for in a timely manor

Fortunately for me and many others, we found solutions to problems on forums because customer service is sooooooo helpful...I'd be on my 16 zillionth Instinct if it weren't for these forums...
