No problems here... got about 800 songs and can play all of them... I dont remember the update saying anything like that... I remember it said the update was about Sprint music store...

wengla02 over at b.a.w. did respond to this very issue some of you are having, and it looks promising....Quote:

What the h-ll are you all discussing in this thread, I see no way possible for Sprint to delete songs from the music player, its amazing what some of you can do to your Instinct.
