Sprint has Identified the Issue with some getting prompted to upgrade.

1. The problem with inappropriate builds being deployed to the Instinct has been identified and fixed and will be deployed after testing. I do not have an exact date. I have confirmed that this problem could only occur with less than 0.1% of Instinct users.

2. I am looking into the issue with the track limitation that seems to have surfaced in 2.2.48. I'll hopefully have clarification shortly on what the present limitation is and see about raising the upper limit of songs.

I guess I was that percentage of people that did not get it.
Either way, My music player is fine for now, and I know sometime in Jan. or Feb. or even later they will re-release the update. CANT WAIT!!!!!

No worries.... still haven't decided if im going to get the 850 or 900 but that's a discussion for another thread.
