I purchased the Instinct yesterday.  I have the cd-rom disc that came with it to install the driver and sync software, but my cd-rom is on the outs.  Is there anywhere I can download this sofware. 

Loving the phone so far.

If you're talking about the Sprint Media Manager that came with the instinct then here is the link:

Click on "More Details" then at the bottom of the page click "Download"

Now just know that I warned you.  This software is absolutely horrible.  I guarantee you 50% of the members on this site don't use it as it take FOREVER to transfer files.  But more power to you...

The software disc that came with the phone didn't work for me, neither did the download link on sprints site. I just drag and drop all my files onto the memory card.

Might have to download the device manager on the disc( someone correct me if I'm wrong,as its been a while)
Plug your phone into the usb port on your comp
-Open whatever drive (F:,G:) the instinct's on
-Then you'll see all the folders on the memory card(DCIM,SAVED,etc)
-Just drag and drop from there.

If you want to use your phone (make/receive calls and txts )while it's connected to the computer, plug the cable  into your usb, then press the Voice Command button(button above the camera button) wait till it says say a command and insert the cable into your phone)

Well regardless if you're going to use the software you have to download it for the driver.  Once it is downloaded you can drag and drop everything into your SD card. 

NOTE: If you have a card reader that reads SD cards then you can use the adapter without having the driver.  If you download the driver then you can hook your phone up via the included USB cable that came with your phone and view the card that way.

I use third party programs to convert files to be compatible with the instinct.  If you need any help finding programs for converting just let me know.

I just got my Samsung Instinct HD (SPHM850) with Sprint. I am running Windows 7 and when I put the data cable in it doesnt install correctly. I have looked on other sites and it says I need to install with a CD? No CD came with it and I also tried the samething on another computer and it says the same thing. Is their a place I can download the Samsung software CD?
