nope...just a yellow heading at the top with a short description of the article...maybe that's where the ads used to be. Then below that is the pic and below that is the article...

how strange.... wish I could get rid of the ads too. well anyway, like I said, I have the same version. maybe they have rebuilt as the same version number and pushing an update

I dont have ads at all on the refurbished phone though its the same version number. The screen does feel different though, like another material.

1.1.24 is current. go to main>settings>general>phone information>scroll to applications. pocket express is listed there
