I've already set up my regular voicemail, but don't have any options when dialing into the setup for visual voicemail. Is there some other way of getting it set up on the phone?

you dont dial anything for visual voicemail....click on main and then top right corner is a voicemail icon....click that icon and thats your visual voicemail if you havent set it up then it will prompt you on the first time opening

i'm not getting any prompts for it. i've already set up the regular voicemail, might that be why?

prompts for what?? personalizing the visual voicemail.....yes, if you already setup the voicemail b4 clicking the visual voicemail icon on the main menu then you should be all set....the prompt just takes you to your normal voicemail options if were to just call......

have you tried calling your phone and leaving a voicemail msg to see if your visual voicemail works yet??

im not sure what else your looking for to setup with visual voicemail?? visual vm is just an interface that recieves voicemail directly on your phone and without ever calling your voicemail like a normal serivce
