NFL Sprint Mobile and NASCAR Sprint Cup Applications

I have been able to successfully download these two applications. I keep getting a communications error when navigating to the site to download the applications.

Is anyone else having these problems?

Time to update Nascar Sprint Cup Mobile on our phones....

Sorry, meant to say "unable to successfully download these applications" I keep getting a communications error when navigating to "http://vm.sprintpcs.com/redirect?xxxx=xxxx" where "xxxx" equals either request=catalog or product=ProductID.

Doesn't Sprint log and monitor problems on their servers? Doesn't seem that way. If they did I think this problem would have been fixed a long time ago.

I finally figured out why I was unable to download these applictaions. It was a setting in the Web Browser settings. I had the Privacy Mode setting set to "on". After switching it to "off" I was able to get to the applications. I know that this is my fault for setting this to the "on" setting but, you would think that tech support would know enough to tell customers to check this setting. Unfortunately all they want to do is blame someone else for their services not working. Sad situation.
