Double Confirmed. Ran the app, no update, ran it again, upgrade found.

A little faster...I'll test it on the way to work tonight. Hopefully the map follows me the entire way.

Can't update myself... Looked under About and it lists as Version 1.2 Build 1073... Is this a Sprint only update? (With Bell in CA)

Prior to the update, my maps consistently did not refresh in the late afternoon (peak times), I will try it on the way home tonight and report back any improvements.  I hope they fixed the problem!

BTW. Google maps 2.2 will give you an "Uncaught exception" after the update...

"edit: i did this which was recomended at baw "ok everyone u need to download 36398, once loaded do not run yet, click the arrow next to the program under games/apps. click on settings, click permission, and select always allow under both, once again thanks sweet greggo" "

I found this post by yourmOm1 back from November. It  takes care of the problem very nicely for 2.2. First I needed to erase my existing app, and re-download Google maps, then follow the above. In case anyone with ver 2.2 has a problem, I heard 2.3 has a tendency to brick.

My Nav worked flawlessly all the way home this afternoon where it had previously failed daily.  Looks like the issue may be resolved!
