Music Store Update is Live

I just got prompted for a music store update, careful not to interrupt it while its installing or updating you may lose some songs. I dont know what it changes however, someone in the know do tell...

I just tried to use the music store and it said service unavailable due to mantainance(ACL). What is this acl??

Entered the music player, hit store, update prompt popped up. I am not a heavy music store user so I cant really speak on the changes as of yet, I dont know what they were suppose to be.
