Mobile Sync keeps locking up my Instinct!!! When I activate it my phone slows down then eventually freezes will not power off only way is to remove battery. I deactivate Mobile sync phone works fine. If I activate it on Sprint's website from my notebook or through the phone itself SAME RESULT INSTINCT FREEZES WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked

I don't believe anyone has had any issues with Mobile sync crashing and locking up their cells as of yet.  I have seen multiple issues around the core service which seem to be resolved as of now.  If a reset does not fix the issue, then you will need to call customer service.

When I first synced via mobile sync it was slow for a while but after all my contacts were synced up everything ran smooth. Maybe you have a large contact list so I would say give it another try and see what happens.
