Instinct SME Work Calendar Sync Update is Causing Network Slow Downs

The Instinct calendar sync update deployed today; however, the network is seeing a high data usage rate which is affecting customers when they attempt to synchronize their device. If customers experience this slow down, let them know that this is a network issue and not a phone issue. Note that for the update to work, the phone must be on the BK14 version, which was released on 11/20. IMPORTANT: Swapping phones will not fix this issue.

This is great news that the calendar sync is now available!

I downloaded my calendar sync. It works and it is a welcome addition. Another plus for the instinct....smart phone... maybe for me it is.
