E-mail problem

I recieved an e-mail yesterday from HockeyGiant.com that is freezing up my e-mail app. I have recieved many e-mails from them before, but when I click this one it goes to the "loading" screen and just hangs for three or four minutes before going to the Speed Dial screen. All controls are unresponsive until it gets to the Speed Dial screen. All other e-mails before and after this one work correctly. Can I delete this somehow by hooking up to my computer? Which folder would this be in? TIA

In the email app, click on the envelope on the left side of the message(without opening it) you should then be able to hit delete at the bottom.

Or just delete it from your email on your computer.
