I was wondering what the most up to date versions of all the software is. I'm still behind in voice mail, and I was curious to see what else I'm lacking!

Yup all I have different is the VM it's @ .16   But my PLR is still on 12 I wonder if it didn't update as I have it on Sprint Only and thats mainly for roamimg.

same here but i have it on automatic i just think people with bad sprint coverage got the prl update

Well I did a hard reset, which sucks because now i have to find all my games and ring tones again and re upload them. But I now have the new Voice mail update, any idea what it did?

My voicmail is the only thing thats up to date, but my prl update just wont go through everytime it seas its finished but then it never updates the version, and other then that your all good except the voicemail.

I have the same issue with my PRL. I even went to the sprint store to try to have them "Force" a PRL update, and still came up with 60612.

not sure if this will work but I have heard of doing a soft reset and that will fix the problem.

Hi every 1. I justed checked my voice mail. Its still at 4. I did a phone update but still the same. I dont want 2 have 2 do a reset. Am I missing something? Also what does the prl update do? Plz. help Thank u.

PRL stands for Preferred Roaming List, basically it's an updated list of what/whose towers you can roam on if sprint service is unavailable.

As far as your voice mail try opening the Voice Mail prog and see if it does an auto update. When I first set up my phone it notified me that an update was available and I agreed to the update. So maybe the same will happen if you just simply open the prog. If not a reset will probably be the only way [Not too sure about this though]

Yea, the reset isn't really as bad as it sounds. You can get all of your ringtones back from the digital lounge, and if you have mobilesync active your contacts will come back automatically.
