Ok, basically, I had an instinct on the first day, loved it, but it died on me yesterday for reasons unknown.  I went in to the sprint store and got it exchanged on the spot since I'm in my 30 day period.

Wierd thing is when I'm in the "news" application now, everytime I make the tiniest, tiniest flick, the news page will over scroll like 5 pages down...I swear I didn't have this control problem on my instinct I had returned.  Does anyone else have this problem?  It's making reading my news really annoying, as I have to do the small flick and tap it again to hold the page, rather than just make a little flick that used to move the page just right...

Am I crazy?  Can anyone else verify whether this is supposed to be the case or not?

Hm...I wonder if my old instinct was just generally laggy all around and the news section when slowed down just seemed like the speed as it should be =P

Mine goes really fast too, you just have to be careful I guess. It's weird that the web browser doesn't keep moving at all like this when you flick it.

Also, when I try to play some of the news videos, it takes me back to the Web tab and does not play them. Sometimes it takes me multiple attempts to get them to play. Anyone else with this problem as well?

Yea, given it seems like it's opening a webpage that links from your article it's probably another browser bug, I get it too sometimes.

I did have this problem with news, but I realized that if you keep your finger pressed against the screen as you scroll, and stop it where you want, it will stop scrolling when you do.

This really helped me and hopefully can yall too.
