can I remove an icon

I want to remove an icon on the web page of the units pages you know the one that gives you access to the news the web live search sports ect. you can add an icon or should I say shortcut but you can you remove one.

If you manipulate the filesystem it is, at least with telus.

Look in the:
brew\shared\home

Directory, In there are the files for the 3 menu's, Not 100% sure the format of those files, but it's possible to add and remove stuff from them

That's the directory structure in the file system, you have to use a tool such as BitPim to directly access and manipulate the filesystem. Various guides are available here on how to do that.
