Just got a M800 and When I do a phone update from the menu, it downloads an update but never runs. It says download complete but then just goes away. Any ideas? I'm trying to run Opera 4.2 but have no keyboard and found some post that look like it should be fixed by now but because it doesn't seem to want to update it doesn't work.

Well it seems PlatinumTel doesn't let you upgrade. Sprint customers only.
