Don't forget the hidden tip calculator and unit conversion, too.  Very useful.

Was going to point that out as well!  People were talking about wanting some better calculator functions so they could have a tip calc and stuff, but they didn't realize it is already on their phone Smiley

I didn't even realize the zip calc and unit conversions were there, those are nice!

The 2 decimal place only thing is CRAP tho. I work with very small numbers a lot ussualy with at least 3 or more decimal places. A scientific/Hex/Octal mode would be nice too. Maybe someone will write an app? (hint hint to any devs out there)

It's just a phone, people.  Give it some slack, please.   Cheesy

I agree the average person is using it to calculate their groceries or a quick math problem not complex quantum mechanics problems.

If I wanted "just a phone" I would have gotten the POS free phone that comes with a service plan. I paid for an instinct because I wanted something that does MORE. It has the technology and the processing power to run custom apps and do many things that I find useful. So I think I have a right to complain when it comes with a halfass utility that's wasting it's potential.

if you're not happy with the calculator, then return the phone.   Grin
