This morning I (finally) let my Navigation app update itself; I'd been running 2.1.0.23, had no real problems, and didn't want to go backwards to 2.1.0.21. After update I checked the new version info and found 2.1.0.25. Anyone know if that's a renamed 2.1.0.21, or a for-real newer version?

bc2k, I went ahead and split you off from the other current software version thread so we can get your post greater visibility to see if others have also experienced this.

ncintimafan, .23 had problems; it was released in Sept. then withdrawn a day or two later. Phones with .23 installed were prompted to "update" back to .21; I worked around the .23 problems & ignored the update prompts for the last six weeks. Smiley

I now have version .25. Yesterday I got tired of seeing the (presumed .23 to .21) update prompt & thought fine, go ahead, send me back to .21. Imagine my surprise when I checked the version and saw .25 instead of .21.

I don't know if my getting .25 was a mistake, or a lucky break. It seems stable & I've had no problems thus far...

Who ever has .25, what state are you from so we can get a general area of where you might have picked this version up.

I had a similar situation. I was happy with .23 and carefully avoided the "upgrade" back to .21. However, last Sunday I had a problem I thought might be related to .23, so I grit my teeth and accepted the "upgrade". I did not look at the version after upgrade until just now. It's 2.1.0.25. I am in central Florida too. Interesting!

10/29: Further thought... Maybe the .25 update is quietly waiting for everyone but they think it's still the downgrade to .21 waiting for them? Of course if that was true, I would think those who are back to .21 would now be offered the update. Very strange!

Take a picture. Let's see it. We did that to World 1-1 when he said he had some inside access to the most recent update. I am intrigued.

Hahaha. Wow. Ok, I am impressed. Now, what are the differences between .21 and .25. Perhaps anything that you notice out of the ordinary. Faster? Different menu options? Previous options now missing? Thanks for letting us know.

FYI I wasn't trying to doubt you, I'm just always being skeptical with this phone.
