hey guys, i just got the lg lotus friday, after having two touch screens, idk i kind of miss the touchscreens and the lotus is NOT worth $150 ! id say $99 but not $150. the camera is on the front which i dont like, its shapped odd. web browser is horrible and it crashes the phone sometimes. cannot use mp3s as ringtones, camera is only OK. But tomorrow my mom is changing her phone, should i change my phone to the instinct? I looked at many reviews and it looked very nice with ALOT of features which i like ! The texting looks alot easier then on my other touch screen phones. What do you guys think i should do?

Also i can get $30 back ! haha Grin

Definately switch.
I love my Instinct and you get a nice 30 dollars to spend for your own purposes.
And texting isn't as easy as hard keys but you get use to it after a coupke weeks of use.

As of now, you can't watch videos off of websites but you can off youtube mobile.
The camera is like any other normal phone camera.
No flash but it looks good out in areas with good lighting.

Well, I think it's easier than the iPhone due to the fact that the keyboard has more space but the only thing that gets me is that you have to flip the phone over to the side everytime you want to type something in qwerty keyboard format.
Other than that, I've gotten pretty fast with the keyboard and after awhile it gets comfortable and easy.
I'm sure you'll be pleased.

yeah i like how it has that full keyboard so you dont have to turn it, but i want some one to make a keyboard the like touch diamond on it. i just like texting like that more, thats why i got the lotus but i think i spent to much on it, thats why im pretty sure im gonna switch.

Can you specify how the Touch Diamond's keyboard is like?
Are you talking about the T9 format?

Well, Instinct's qwerty board isn't so bad. just hard for people with big thumbs. haha.
If you have any more questions before your purchase, just look around.
People here are really helpful.

Honda make sure you do your own research before switching your phone.  I know you're not happy with your current phone but maybe there are other phones that would better suit you.  Not by any means trying to steer you away from this phone, I love my phone and it works great.  But definitely make sure you do your research before buying the phone.  Some people were disappointed at some features it didn't have.

Make sure to read:

"The Raves Room" - http://www.instinct-samsung.com/the-raves-room/ It pretty much gives you the gist of the good about the phone

"The Venting Room" - http://www.instinct-samsung.com/the-venting-room/ This gives you the bad about the phone.  Or some peoples opinion.  Now make sure to take it with a grain of salt because a lot of people bash just to bash but you get the idea.

Good luck with your decision and hopefully you join us with this great phone Smiley
