Instinct HD

Okay, found a good spot for this...
One of my partners came up from Kansas City today, him and his wife have 3g iphones...so naturally, we exchange phones, and check em out, do speed test, and here's the results...The multi-touch feature ...impressive, spreading the fingers to resize was cool, more of a personal touch to it. His phone picked up my wifi, and the web flips when you turn the phone...pretty nice.
Webpage rendering, msn.com...his pulled up mobile, mine pulled up full page, he couldn't get full page. Nytimes, I can't get full page, while he could...okay, that's similarly odd...speed rendering was different for websites...either his won by a second or two or mine did...Not bad considering he was on my wifi...
Music player, his music loads faster, our player looks better...that came from them, not me...I agree
He liked that we could push 2x to make the page bigger on websites, I liked the multitouch, feature...he really liked the camera scrolling feature.  I agree.  They liked the browser set-up on the Instinct, simple.  That being said, they're web set up looks cool too...
They, so badly, want our features, it's almost sad. I wouldn't mind the option of portrait or landscape view for the web...My three phones unlimited 204$ a month...his TWO phones unlimited 240$...
They didn't like our keyboard, but they didn't like theres either...but they did like the haptic feel on the phone...And they loved the TV, lol...me too....
I'm glad I have the Instinct, the included features alone set these two phones apart, and the Instinct feels more natural in the hand...But the new 3g iphone was impressive, I'm not gonna lie...they definately make for a great match-up.  My two cents...

really nice review although there are apps that remedy the missing voice dial and voice gps...annd there are several landscape keyboard and video recording apps... i disagree with your opinion on the form factor, i love my iphone but the rounded back drives me nuts, i prefer the back of the phone to be flat so the instinct wins that one
