Im not having any problem with mine, and I get a full 3g signal, no need to bash it....I liked my instinct, I just wanted something different.  "Less bars in more places", heh, I haven't had ANY problems with the service

Eventhough i sound like a broken record on this, and although sprint may have rushed the instinct, with time and maturity comes patience and PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.  The updates may not be rolling out, but if they are being worked on with the apps, than all the waiting we have been doing for them, well, it will hopefully be worth it  Cool Shocked
