Uploaded Video to Flickr

When I upload video to flickr via email, video stored from SD card will have High quality video but no sound ( tried also on youtube, same high quality but crappy sound. Video stored in the phone will have great sound but poor quality picture.

can anybody try it and see if the same thing happen.

So is there a fix? I downloaded videos off of my phone, put them onto my computer and then uploaded them onto flickr, but they all have no sound. I'd like to know why they don't have sound with them. Thanks!
