Trying to put video on my instinct???

I'm new here so if this has been posted sorry.  I have a couple of video's from Itunes that I would like to put on the phone but no dice yet.  I have tried everything that I can think of.  I have put them on the card itself but when I go into my phone to try and play it it gives me this message

javax.microedition.media.MediaException:Contect: unknown not supported with Protocol:file:


Any help with this would be good if it can be done at all.  I do have the 8g card if that helps.

i downloaded videora but its saved as a .efw file and wont open on my computer....and i cant find a program out of the list of programs to open it in. any ideas? thanks

Well I tried the Videora program and no dice.  It probably works with other videos but doesn't seem to work with Itunes music videos.  I can burn the videos to a disc and use them but I keep getting an error code when I try to convert them with the program.  Let me know if anyone has tried an Itunes music video or movie from itunes.  thanks
