I used any video converter to try to get in on my phone full screen and the video comes out great but the audio is static and i can only hear anything if i turn it up load. I tried other videos but with the same result.

Is there any specific audio format i should change the standard mobile.mp4 to that would give a me a better result or is there another converter program i can try?

What are you converting it from and do you only convert it once?

AVI(.avi) to MPEG4(.mp4) and yea only convert it once

Try using the AVS Video Converter.  I use that and it works great

hmmm not sure how that is quality-wise. Try using a different converter if you can find one. If not ill look for a couple. Also if the video has alot of static, try lowering the volume on the clip if its possible
