I have a bunch of 45 minute Law & Order and House episodes. They take about 2-3 seconds to start up. Something is definitely wrong with your phone or card.

Agreed, I second that with my Battlestar Galactica! New episodes please please hurry! So definitely try loading a smaller movie onto your 2gb card that came with your phone and see what happens.

Converting movies to the psp format/size seems to be the best quailty on the Instinct...I've played around with some different viewing sizes and the psp is the best....very clear...Just watched " Way of the Dragon " with bruce lee, and fantastic on our phones....
My other phones take 3gp or 3gp2, no where near the quailty...Watching movies is fun on our phones...I noticed one post saying 30 minutes to load the movie....it's gotta be the card or the phone, all mine load in less than a minute.  Mine is a class 2, loading music, movies...seconds....

I used to be able to watch movies I uploaded to my phone through TV/Video and then side loaded. Now I can't find that option. How are we supposed to view uploaded videos now since the option is gone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

do the converters save time cuz if not i would just use the manager

It's funny I read this today. Up until now I never had this issue. I've got 10 "tv series" videos (22 mins each) and 2 full length movies on my 8 GB - class 4 card - still not half full yet  Cheesy. Only takes a few seconds to bring up the sideloaded movie names. As I was getting ready to go to court today (back off, just a character witness  angel ) I thought I'd finish watching tropic thunder as I was waiting for my time on the stand (I bought the dvd and converted - dvdshrink - handbrake). Copied to phone. Went to test before leaving and after 5 minutes I still couldn't bring up the list of movies? Deleted newly added movie and all was fine again. Tried to play converted one on PC and it said it wasn't a valid MP4??? Reconverted movie, reloaded on phone and is fine now. Seems the phone chokes when there is a corrupt file?

Possibly one of your movies is corrupt?

Yeah, when  use the Sprint Media Player and convert it, but don't quite finish fully converting it, the movie doesn't show up on the sideloaded list.
