movie how to play it?

I took my micro sd card out, put into my pc and I transfer a movie I made into the media folder.

I took micro sd out of pc, installed back into instinct and from there how do I play the movie??

I went to:
Fun
tv/video (option) ... and I do-not see the movie on there. Is there where I am suppose to go on the Instinct to play movies?

It is suppose to be only in mpeg5?

well I put it into MP4 and can confirm it is in mp4 and I followed these steps:

Unplug your Instinct and goto Fun > TV/Video > My Videos > Sideloaded and click on the file you want to watch.

............ but once I follow these steps: goto Fun > TV/Video >

I do not see an option for <My videos. All I see are the tv channels I can watch. Any help?

(and yes, the Mp4 is in the media folder in my Instinct.

If you see the TV channels you have gone too far,    press back and find 'sideloaded' folder.

I used videora, On my old Lennovo laptop it took about 5-6 hours to make / convert 700mb video to mp4.

Is this pretty normal time? I was thinking about trying it on my video game PC (9800gt card / CPU 3.5ghz) and to see if it would be faster, but prolly not.
