I downloaded the Videoar iPod converter program and tried with two different YouTube videos but both times I got an error message "forbidden."  Has anyone been successful in downloading and converting a YouTube video?

The "My Videos" area is located in the TV/Video app.  Watch your video's from the Video app and you'll see where you can view "Sideloaded/Camcorder" videos from your phone.  They play better in this format than they do when you're in the "My Photos" app.

Hope that this helps!

I'm pretty sure the canadian instincts are different than ours in that respect.

Ok..on my CANADIAN instinct,

hit the FUN key at bottom, then Video Clips . It will show you a bunch of locked up channels and shows....
Scroll down untill you see the My Videos bar and tap it...
it will open up and show you all the files you have converted and sent to your chip.

To send them to your chip..plug in your usb cord and drag and drop your converted files into your MEDIA folder.

Thank you to MYKEHYPE for helping me get movies on my phone. I have a new love for the instinct now (ever since they removed Beavis n Butthead along with cops from sprint t.v.). I almost switched to the HTC Touch Pro.     Thanx again!!!    Wink Kiss Cheesy BTW Weeds is an awesome show!

Hello all...I don't know if anyone else has tried it but Jodix Free Ipod Converter works just fine for me. I used to use it for my girlfriend's ipod then I started using it for my Sony Ericsson and Sansa View. I tried it for my Instinct and it works perfectly. Fast and very easy to use. You can use the same settings as videora for the instinct.

example:

video size: fullscreen  -320x240 (choose recommended)
               widescreen-432x240 (enter size manualy)
video quality (bit rate): 900 kbps
audio quality (bit rate): 128 kbps

just google jodix free ipod converter.

Hello all
Bell in Canada must be different than Telus instinct.
I can't find video anywhere on the screen. On the fun tab there is music,tv,radio, navigator games and apps, camera, my albuns and bluetooth. No video.
Has anyone on here with a Telus instinct had any luck putting video on the phone?
Thanks
