 Huh?How do you organize pics and vids on phone. and is there a way to create folders to group certain pics and vids together? Huh?

I would suggest taking your microsd and insert it into computer and group pics/movies that way.  Don't know how it would be done on phone.

if you create folders on the microSD card, Pics and Vids can not been seen on the phone

true you can't use folders but you could put the pictures you want grouped together in the order you want by organizing the default folder. So I put all my swimming photos then friends then cars ect. atleast that way they'll be grouped a little better when you view them.
