So, I've been around for a little while and had an almost flawless phone..., until last Friday. I was using my mp3 player and listening like always. I've got about 55-60 songs on mine. I got two messages saying that songs were missing and then ***POOF***. All of my music was gonners. I couldn't believe it.
I did remember over the last year or more of having talks about this type of problem with other users around the forum but couldn't remember the solution attempts right off. So, I used the BTFile Manager to see if the songs were there..., nothing. Then I took it to the PC, hooked it up, and still an empty music folder. I was going to copy all of my folders over to the machine and reformat the SD but I ran out of time before going to work so I left it that way.
Then, I remembered something... Music Player>My Music>Options>Web Sync! I though "I'm sure that this will at least help bring back some of the songs that I've purchased from Sprint" so it did it. The phone polled the Sprint music server and pulled up a list of the songs that I'd purchased and didn't have on the phone, about 10 or so. Then, it gave me the option to "Download all"... What, It will save all of the songs that I bought, COOL!

Ten minutes later and the last song from Sprint redownloaded and ***POOF***..... WTF?
ALL of my music was back! Is it possible that the Sprint server had backed up and stored all 55-60 of my songs? Was the music player having a panic attack and the Sprint server delivered a much needed dose of Xanax?
I don't know. What I do know is that My Instinct, and Sprint, continue to amaze me and make me a happy customer!
