Help with music

Ok when i try and put music on the phone weather putting music on it from the sprint app or directly on the sd card it doesn't show up correctly. I have all of my music correctly tagged. Most of the music will go on the phone but some songs will only show up in the song category and not in the artist. When the songs that dont show up corectly look like this "Hellyeahstarmp3" (without hyphens) Hell Yeah being the band and star being the song. Dose any one no how to fix this problem
