I ended up taking off any music that wasn't mp3's and it worked.  This issue has been covered in the forum, so do a search and you will find other possible sollutions.  You are probably not at the sd card capacity, it is an issue that Sprint is hopefully working on.

Try this:

Also... it still remains an issue that we have to deal with.  I think the next update scheduled in a few weeks will solve this... hopefully.

Did you use the sprint music program? It is better to drag and drop onto the sd card.

If your doing the drag and drop, and your still getting the error, then do the following.

Insert the card into your computer, next go to computer, and right click on the usb slot with the card in it.

Next hit format, and then wait till the card formats, and then add all the music back on the card.

Also foreign letters or symbols (non-english)  in song titles can cause this error.

One of my favorte songs from Aphex Twin is this:
ΔMi−1 = −αΣn=1NDi[n][Σj∈C{i}Fij[n − 1] + Fexti[n−1]]

It is also called the "equation song"

That song works perfectly on my Instinct lol.

I had a problem something like that. For some reason, songs I had deleted were still on the card in the Recycled folder. My Instinct was hooked as my D Drive, so I went to D:\Recycled and permanently deleted the files in there. It filled up fine after that and I haven't had any files stay in that folder since.

I haven't ever looked at this thread, but on mine, a lot of songs don't show up in the player, they show up when I go to the filebrowser though, but I've noticed that a few of the one's that don't show up are from iTunes, do you think it's the protection they put on them preventing them from popping up?
