Suprise to see many newcomer still, I am from Canada

I am a fan of audio books, not musics; also i like browsing web all the time. check what's new tech in cellphone industry. my expectations to a cell phone is: can play multiformat music, no limit to copy prot;  can browsing multilanguage web page, has wi-fi, play mp4/flash/mkv video as plus...sounds like a small netbook. overall i found samsung instinct ok, the most part I am not satisf with is NO Multilanguage function! is there any genius here can help me?
