I'm a new Instinct ower and I'm delighted to join this forum where Instinct users can share their experience, feedback and support with one another. Even tough I'm a big admirer of and have extensively used the iPhone, I couldn't wait until the Instinct came out because I have so many incentives ($58/month savings) to stay with Sprint, and I'm glad we finally have a good iPhone competitor from Sprint/Samsung. I look forward to sharing my experiencing and learning from you all.

cookies are like a kudo or attaboy...they can be stolen by people...someone was most likely offended or you gave out bad info...not sure for certain though

No problem. Next time you want to check where your cookie went/who gave you one click on your screen name, then "who changed my karma". This will show the list of where YOUR cookies have gone. If you click "Who's karma have I changed" that's who you've given/stolen cookies from.

I'll start you back at 0 just because you said thank you...lol.
