I have had sprint for a while, since 2003 with a short trial with att in there, but had 8 months left on my 2 year contract.  Upon finding out that I was only eligible for a $75 discount I called the Consumerist hotline without really knowing what it was.  After talking with someone there she said shed credit my account whatever it would take to match the new customer $130.  Theeeeen, when I was at the store a local market research company was there to get feedback on an upcoming sprint commercial.  After 15 minutes talking about my thoughts they handed me $75 cash. 

Im having some minor issues with the phone (horrible browser, some site stop loading and go to speed dial, lack of AIM, which 3 sprint sales reps said was on there, lack of gmail features, and horrible calendar) but Im still pretty happy with how its turning out.  I cant wait to see what improvements are on the way.
