I have been a computer user since 1963 (Old IBM mainframe - I think a 1030)
First used a Mac in 1986 and became an instant convert. Drifted away after Steve was ousted by Scully but came back happily with the original iMac and have stayed a Mac user ever since then. Just got an instinct s30 and I'm looking for help, advice and/or commiseration from fellow Mac/Instinct users.

I'm 16, been with since they had old red logo... No idea what my first phone was, but the beast could be left on for a week and still have some decent life in it... Instinct's my favorite phone, haha.

im 14 and im on a family plan with my parents, i really dont like this phone. im trying to convince them to let me get the samsung impression or the g1. phones: razr-rumor-nextel-instinct-?

Just going over the poll figures. It appears that there are about 1000 users of this forum who responded to this poll about their age. I wonder how many Instinct users are members here all together (when you get old you get curious about mundane things  ). I'm 63. I've lost count of how many cell phones I've had, but I do remember the first one: a huge (by today's standards), heavy Motorola "brick" with a long antenna and squawky (again, by today's standards) speaker. That was in about '88 as I recall.
