Just got my Instinct up and running.

Upgraded from a Motorola Q.

Had issues on Friday with the whole process + Telesales + Customer Service...but the lady @ Retentions was very very helpful and got my into the Instinct for $129 out the door...no rebates.  And it came in yesterday!

I found this site while search for errors I was receiving when trying to get my contacts sync'd.  Great info in that sticky!
