I am a new owner of an Instinct and I have been playing with it since I picked it up last night.  I am coming from a Treo 650 and look forward to what this new device offers.  My problem is that I am a Mac user and I am having trouble getting my e-mail going.  If there are any other Mac users out there, please get in touch.  I do not have Microsoft Windows so I am not sure I can do downloads on OS 10 without it.  Any help would be pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

By the way, I had the option of getting the iPhone, but the Sprint coverage in Wisconsin is far superior to ATT. These are very different devices, but Instinct should meet my needs as we start to learn its true capabilities.

Hello all:

And thanks to those who are making this outlet/website possible for all Instinct users.

I became an Instinct owner the 1st day the phone became available and never looked back! I’ve been w/sprint now for several years and have had a great experience overall. I had been waiting, with high anticipation every since the phone was announced and it seems to have paid off.  I hope everyone is having a great time with their device, and I look forward to exploring all the features this phone has to offer, now and in the future.

I have already gleaned so much information from this site that has really made this a fun device. Everything from streaming my own personal video content from home (via Orb.com) to actually being able to open/read MS Word documents, ripping and watching full length videos/movies (I have everything from Star Wars, to Little Shop of Horrors on my 8gb card,) Music/Web not to mention all the Sprint content as well. GPS is awesome and I hope everyone is using the online tools from Sprint, (calendar, navigation address input, online photo album, and so on).

The recent firmware update is a step in the right direction as far as Sprint keeping up with updates and such. Let’s hope the next update fixes the browser and other small issues with the phone.

Stay tuned and keep up the great work guys…

Hey all,

I'm a Treo convert...drawn by the bells and whistles...hoping for some added technical functionality with third party apps. (I used my Treo to -- remote control my PC/turn my house lights off and on/set the alarm with Win-Hand). I really like the phone and see potential for it to be not only eye candy...but functional. I'm looking forward to seeing some utility software and third party email apps springing up hopefully soon.
Hope to contribute.
