Hi! I just made an acount for one reason. About 20 minutes ago, i was cleaning my keypad wiht my hands and pressing on a bunch of keys. My phone was off of course but then this white screen caame up saying emergency download mode. I was freaking out and i tried to turn it off and nothing was working. So i tried to find my solution on the internet. I kust got my phone for christmas and I wasnt gonna ask my mom for help because she would get so mad!! I saw that other people in the world have had the same problems and solutions were to get you phone exchanged and stiff and that was NOT what i wanted to hear because that means telling my mom. The one person said that the reason for this was by pressing the speaker button at the same time and the down button on the center peice and the red END button that is used to turn your phone on. so what i did and im sure there are other ways.... was TAKE OUT THE BATTERY. PUT IT BACK IN. AND NOW YOUR PHONE SHOULD HAVE A BLACK SCREEN. AND THE PRESS AGAIN THE SPEAKER BOTTON AT THE SAME TIME AS DOWN BUTTON AND THE END BUTTON. SO THE SAME TREE BUTTONS I MENTIONED BEFORE THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS. When your phone turns back on, it should be back to normal. I know when i took the battery out then simply put it back in so i really think those three buttons mean something. I am so happy it worked for me!
