good find. but hate that it asks for credit/debit cards even if the item is $0.00. when u sign up it didn't ask for this stuff. untill i wanted to get an app.

Probably........but they've added it to the shopping section of our phones too.
Makes it easier to download and test what really works well....and some of the free stuff are still demo versions...

Is this Samsung's own app store, not just for the HD? Can the original and s30 access and download apps too?

Ok, press shopping and Opera Mobile opens
When the webpage finishes opening,  you should see:
 
" Featured " and below that is " Categories "
Not sure if we're all seeing the same thing so I'll write it as I'm seeing it
Below categories
1. Call Tones
2. Free Apps From Get Jar
3. Games
4. Ringers
5. Screen Savers
6. Applications
7. Doesn't Matter....what your looking for is # 2

I knew about that. I thought that you were referring to the samsung official app store on the samsung web site. I misunderstood, sorry.Thanks for the info.

Is that confirmed?  I thought the link I posted at the beginning of this thread should lead to apps for the HD, only on the Samsung website...
Those who have tried to download any apps, does it not work?
Do they download to your phone?

I'm not sure, haven't tried myself...I ended up doing a factory reset ( demons, lol )
