retrieve deleted txts/calls? disable delete function?

hello guys, my child just got an instinct hd and im wondering if there is anyway i can retrieve deleted data (texts, calls etc) on her phone?

also, is there anyway i can disable the delete function from her phone so she cannot delete text and/or calls?

...or is there any way to get sms backup via email w/o manualy forwarding to my email?
