I was just checking out Sprint's Premier Member forum and SarahKS who is the Moderator posted and announcment that Sprint would be annoucing a new phone tomorrow, Sep 3! This is an official annoucment from an official Sprint Employee on Sprints Official Web Site! She didn't say which handset it will be. One can only hope that its the much awaited Instinct HD!

On a more depressing note, I called Sprint tonight (12 am 9/3) and asked about release information for the HD and the rep did confirm to me that the Instinct will be available through BestBuy only on 9/27 and through Sprint starting 10/11. What a bummer! Then again who knows...I had spoken to 2 other CS reps who told me that it was going to be released on 9/8. I asked her if the release date had recently changed and she told me that she had no way of knowing. I guess this shuts the door on an Oct. release for the InstinctQ. I can't imagine Sprint launching them together.

I know they announced the touch pro 2 for 349$ after the 100$ rebate
Unfortunately I don't have almost 500$ to shell out for a new phone...

Yeah they had that anoucment up on 8/31. This annoucment should be for another phone.

She said that the annoucment will be on the sprint comunity home page whichis available to anyone. Here's a link:http://community.sprint.com/baw/index.jspa. She was just tipping off the Premier Members that there will be an annoucment. Enjoy!

what about instinct Q?  I need a release date for that, i need a physical keyboard on my phones!  I think the Q will be out on the 11th also, i will give customers a choice.  Exciting days ahead with sprint!
